About this flavor

Horchata is named after the Mexican drink made with rice, milk and cinnamon. It is creamy and warm: sweet milk and vanilla at the base, with cinnamon on top.

The cinnamon is clear but soft, with no heat. Together with the vanilla it tastes like a dessert or a holiday drink.

Tangiers is strong dark leaf: pack it loose, heat it slowly and give the bowl time. Not for a first session.
